This is a bottle filler to fill bottles with carbonated beer from the keg. It does not purge the o2 out but there is very little left. Does not foam up since the rubber stopper builds backpressure in bottle keeping c02 in your beer. Simply attach to your beer line(or picnic tap if that is what you already use. Put filler into bottle, push rubber stopper into bottle to seal it. Open valve fully, once beer flow slows or stops simply let off the rubber stopper to control how fast it fills.
